Simply make your order and I'll begin making your items. I'll advise you when it is shipped out as soon as possible.
Lead times may vary up to 6 weeks depending on the volume of orders. As an independent craftsperson and one-person business, the lead time is to better control the flow of orders and to ensure the quality of all goods.
If I'm unable to process your order for any reason, I will contact you as soon as possible.
Thank you for understanding that hand-building lovely wood items and 3D printing objects takes time, attention, and care.

Where do you ship to?
Shipping throughout Canada only at the moment.
If interested, international inquiries, please send a message through the contact page or send an email to info@siemora.com.
Currently, shipping is unavailable to remote areas or to the Canadian Territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut).
Unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Clients are responsible for any duties and taxes.
How much is shipping?
Canada-wide shipping at $25 (3 - 5 Business Days)
Local Montreal shipping at $15 (3 - 5 Business Days)
Faster Shipping available at $40 (1 - 3 Business Days)
Which Postal Services do you use?
Canadian orders will be shipped with *UPS
*If any changes to postal service, you will be notified.
Non-Canadian clients are responsible for any duties and taxes.
What if my package is lost?

returns + cancellations
Can I return an item?
All items are final sale and non-refundable as your items are uniquely made just for you.
Returns will only be accepted in the rare case that items are damaged on arrival and are unused in the original packaging. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the item for damages within 5 business days of receiving the order. If the order arrives damaged, I will need photos of the damaged item, as well as the box and shipping label. I will be glad to offer a store credit for the value of the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and duties for the return. Please email info@siemora.com within 5 business days of receiving your order so I can help you. Unfortunately, I cannot assist with damages for orders more than 5 business days after receiving your delivery.

Your store credit will be processed within 5 business days once the item is received back and inspected.
